The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Other activities near by include biking, fly fishing, golf, the Rail Trail. Stowe, Morrisville , Johnson, Hyde Park are just minutes away

This cozy little house is a step out of town and offers all the conveniences you will need! While still close enough to Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog is right out your window! The Newport Country Club, Gardner Park (playground, basketball court, ball fields, fishing and ice skating), grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, a lovely boardwalk and bike path are all within less than a mile. Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.
