Warm, spacious modern home

Place was perfect for us for a long holiday . The location was perfect and the house had enough space for all of us and for the dogs . Yard was great and loved the privacy and the area. Did not realize how beautiful the place was until we went for walks and explored . So close to the lake and to great swimming spots. Would love to come back.

It was such a pleasure to stay with Sam & Linden! The peaceful surroundings combined with a very comfortable living space made for a perfect base for my visit and exploration of the surrounding areas. The hosts communication were exceptional, and the small touches was really much appreciated. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is awesome and the shower was both hot and powerful. The living room space has a most comfortable couch and the television with GoogleTV has more than enough entertainment available. The self-help breakfast goodies provided were much appreciated. The location may seem a bit remote but it places you in a prime spot for the hiking & biking trails along the Kawarau river - not to be missed. I loved the animals all around and I felt at home instantly. I can recommend this property without hesitation!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Daisy's Airbnb. Communication was prompt and clear. Her place was very comfortable including a good bed and heating in lounge and bedroom. Excellent location. Would definitely rebook if we needed to stay in Wanaka again. Thank you Daisy & Kris.

Creagh Cottage, mountain getaway

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

Absolutely gorgeous, I cannot praise this place enough! So stunning and got to enjoy nature at its finest. Loved the hot tub, hot water in the shower and even got to listen to rain on the tun roof in a dreamy little stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed Stephen’s place. It was super peaceful and comfortable. We opted to add the breakfast on our last morning which was homemade and delicious. The hot tub was also a treat. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic accomdation in a beautiful vineyard located 20 minute drive outside of Wanaka. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts were great throughout. Recommend 100%!

We had a great stay in Wanaka at Adam's place. The listing matched the description and was tidy. Easy communication and very proactive. Lots of dry Firewood. Kitchen did lack a good platter to use for a cheeseboard by the fire. Also lots of boardgames and cards, which was great when the weather wasn't the best

A beautiful home that my family thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Homely, spacious, well-designed and furnished, and full of everything you need. Located near a beautiful river and some walking/running tracks and a short drive from everything you need. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

The location was great, but the house wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Quite an old place with dusty carpets. As long as you don’t have high expectations it is fine, but it was still a bit expensive for the level of house in my opinion.

Not flashy but as described , everything you needed for short or long stay . Quite part of town , not walkable to town or shops but quick by car or bike. The garden was a highlight , as both a view and place to relax not very often you get an established garden in an Airbnb. The focus on Eco products that were all supplied was a great touch.

Home away from home! We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would recommend. Not only is it in a great spot, but they have thought of everything to make your stay easier. No need to buy those bits and bobs that you need to take home, they have it covered. The spa was a treat, the bath had bath bombs and salts, even the guest book was well put together. Really can’t wait to return!

Thanks Di, we had an amazing time! look out for us again as we will be re-booking. If your after a place to stay with lots of space, this is the whole package deal. key favorites, we're the x2 fires, spacious bedrooms, spacious areas to gather i.e x2 lounges. Having the pool right at your finger tips and not having to drive anywhere was a key factor. I will recommend to others 😀 thanks see you soon!

Lovely spot for our one night stay in Wanaka. Very clear instructions for check in and nice quiet location. The studio was just as pictured and had a really great vibe. Hosts were very helpful, would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Sally, Dougall (and Maggie Murray 🐶) are so kind and amazing hosts. My partner and I had the best getaway in Tiny Town, cozying up by the fire and a bath under the stars! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave! Maggie gave the best cuddles and was the cherry on top of an already perfect stay.

Beautiful suite and stunning lagoon view, quiet and peaceful, easy parking, we loved our stay at James’ place. It’s a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Wanaka but walking distance to an awesome coffee shop/bakery and a grocery store. Quick drive to trailheads. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.
