3 Bedroom pet friendly home w/Spa RV&Toy Parking

Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Only 5 miles away from the London Bridge. Off road Trails 3 miles away. Hiking trails 4 miles away. Come back and relax next to the fire pit or hangout in the garage and play beer/ping pong & darts. The bunkroom is set up with retro video games and boardgames for a fun game night for everyone. 2 Bedrooms w/king size beds and a bunkbed w/ two full-size beds. House sleeps 8 comfortably max 10 unless communicated and approved.

Lake House with a pool

Newly built home, quiet neighborhood, long driveway, boat and car friendly, probably fit about six vehicles in driveway with pool. Parking in rocks by the street. Gas station/food mart within walking distance. Great for convenience and last minute needs .Close to London Bridge, about 8 minutes. New Riviera Launch ramp about 4 minutes away. Basha's Grocery store is just 3 minutes away. Last but not least the amazing Lake Havasu Human Bean is close by. Also the golf course and hiking trails.
