Escape to this cozy Lake Hartwell retreat! Just 10 minutes from Portman Marina, 5 minutes to Party Island, & a short drive to Clemson, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Enjoy our private dock on deep water, perfect for swimming & fishing. Two paddleboards are available for use. An orange arrow marks the gently sloping gravel path to the lake, right across the street from the house. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking on-site! Double Springs boat ramp is only a mile away.

This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party, no groups ages 26 and younger. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and may visit you.

Completely remodeled lakefront home sleeps 11. Comfortable bedding (king, queen, full, 2 twins, queen memory foam sleeper sofa, twin daybed). Beautifully appointed kitchen. Three large decks and a covered gazebo give you plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the beautiful days at the lake. Private dock for boats or swimming . Two smart TV’s and WIFI. Plenty of parking. 5 min from I-85, Green Pond Landing, stores, The Galley restaurant. 18 min to Clemson and Anderson University.

Hartley’s Haven

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
