Private-Lake getaway-7 mile view from dock

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.

Perfect for Clemson football games, horse/livestock shows or trail riding at Garrison Arena, lay over with horse, graduation, visiting your college student, fishing tournaments, or vacationing near Lake Hartwell. The main home was built in 1905. The guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, quiet and private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable.

We are a sustainable homestead with an organic garden, chickens ,quail, dogs and cats. Our water comes from a natural spring.
