Kerr Lake sunsets at Cypress Cove Cottage

Built in 1958, updated in 2019, Cypress Cove Cottage on Kerr Lake is a place to relax, have a refreshing swim, and view stunning sunsets. Originally a summer home, called Sunnyside, the cottage is winterized for a year-round retreat. Bald cypress trees bookend the lakeshore of this unique property. The cottage sits on a grassy lot sloping gently to the lake. There is a small dock to fish, swim and watch sunsets. Great spot for lake lifers, fisherfolk, couples, small families, business travelers.

Sunset views, a patio grill, and even a desk workspace put the cherry on top of the most idyllic lakeside retreat.

Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Cheerful 3-bedroom Cottage in lakeside community

Enjoy family time at the lake and relax in this peaceful cottage that is walking distance to the community beach with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, picnic and playground area. If you have a boat bring it. You will have access to the beach boat ramp. The home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Lake Gaston cozy water front cottage, boat slip

Gaston Lake Life cottage on the water with a private boat slip and community boat ramp. Renovated space with new flooring, cabinets and furniture. 2 bedroom and 1 bath, but sleeps 8 comfortably with the added daybeds that convert to king beds. Also, has an amazing additional outdoor shower where you can wash up under the stars. The deck has comfortable seating for 6 and a gas grill for grilling steaks, burgers or your fresh lake catch. The property has a shared beach front.

Little Creekside Cottage

Looking for a place to escape the fast life an unplug for a while well look no more! You can relax on the front porch sipping on a cup of coffee or grill out on the back deck or better yet grab a fishing pole an head down the hill to the creek in the back yard an fish the day away. This cottage sits on a small waterfront property where you can fish or enjoy a small bonfire at night. Located one mile off of hwy 95 an 301 about 5 miles from hwy 58 an town too.

Beautifully updated ranch home with open floor plan on a scenic lot. The home is perfect for entertaining with a large room in the front of the house which includes the kitchen, bar, dining room and living room. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Large lot with plenty of outdoor space. On the water is a large two story boat house equipped with a kitchen bar, and lots of seating. The view is spectacular! Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!
