Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

Enjoy the silence on a deck that's nestled among the trees or simply bask in the privacy and calm of this lovely apartment with a wonderful, leafy setting. Numerous skylights/windows make the space airy and bright throughout. Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We made sure to include high end luxury finishes throughout to make for a completely unique stay in our private 80 acre forest. @frommtimbercompany

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Vern's Studio, walking distance to DT and ferry

Spacious, free standing studio near the ferry and city park. You will have everything you need to make this place your home - cooking utensils, a large TV, and large deck for enjoying the sunset. Prime location with walking distance to charming downtown Edmonds, beautiful beaches, 20 minute drive to Seattle, and a 3 minute drive to the ferry terminal to get to the Olympic Peninsula. Close to everything the area has to offer, Phoebe's Pine Cone cottage is a great place to call home base during your Washington/Seattle travels. The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation! Very close to light rail for visits into the city!
