We are located on 22 acres of seclusion.Very Private Spacious Bedrooms with hard wood floors, (Sunset Room)1 King size bed,high quality bedding,Air,Gas fireplace,Flat screen t.v.,Large private bathrooms with large walk-in showers,iron,hairdryer,I-pod station alarm clock,,each room has sitting area,either a balcony or patio overlooking property, We have a games room with pool table,poker table,big screen t.v.We are minutes from Niagara Falls & Attractions.casino's,restaurant's wineries ,shopping,night life,etc.We are 2 km from the scenic Niagara River Pkwy were one can walk,bike,picnic on the the recerational trail.Legends on the Niagara Golf Course is also 2 km from us as well as many championship courses.Each morning you will have a warm hearty country breakfast before you go out and explore Niagara.Our B&B is in a quaint village called Chippawa but in 1960 became part of NIagara Falls.It is a beautiful area which has a hometown feel.We have built this home to share with others so why not visit us in Niagara Falls we would love to have you! Heron View Room at Carousel Bed and Breakfast

This spacious room features a Jacuzzi tub and king size Bed. The room is built as an addition to a converted barn built around 1900. The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. We do not charge additional fees except for extra guests, pets and if you chose to have breakfast.

Up to 4 off-street parking places. While this is a full house rental, Owner/Proprietor has an efficiency unit in front room of home that has a separate entrance. This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.
