Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. We are a short 15 minute drive to Grand Bend Beach or you can enjoy our river frontage, ponds, and 4 kms of trails in the Carolinian forest.

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Come visit our local wineries in a private non-shared stay. We converted old horse stalls into living space with 100 year old restored fixtures, modern heating, lighting, and insulation. We have a full kitchen. The milk house entry has a modern washer/dryer. The stable rooms are individual (double occupancy) rooms with private baths. Built in 1880 the stables fronted with an open courtyard is where guests once mounted their horses to enter the marshy Lake Erie countryside hunting for ducks & pheasant. The dutch doors of the stable rooms are still in place to allow you to enjoy the country air! Enjoy the Lodge kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, microwave), sitting room (tvs), and vintage bikes to cruise around the property at your leisure.

Studio barn apartment located 5 minutes outside of St. Thomas, directly above all the animals in the barn. Tack up and enjoy a horseback ride with our wide variety of horses for kids, beginners, or experienced riders (western or English) for an additional $30 per person, or just enjoy feeding and petting all the animals with our complementary treats. 20 minutes from Port Stanley beach, and 30 minutes from shopping and dining in London.
