Ridge Retreat is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. You will have 100% privacy in this cozy ground floor apartment. There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

The Wonder Hut

Private Studio Apartment fully remodeled in 2021. Full kitchen and bath. Pet free. Washer and dryer. Lots of parking right outside the door. Plenty of parking for trailers. Close to everything! It's a wonder what awaits you inside. This building used to house the Wonderbread outlet in Moses Lake. It's been remodeled into a studio apartment. You will wonder how this transformation ever happened. It's a masterpiece of the new within the old. You'll wonder when you can come back again.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. It’s location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Hideout

This is our little hideout near the heart of downtown Leavenworth. It's a studio unit with a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, sofa, Roku TV, great wifi, soft towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and more. It does not have a stove or cooking equipment other than a microwave. It is a basement unit but with lots of light. It's one of three units in the building and there is a unit above this one so you WILL likely hear footsteps or muted voices from above at times.

2 adults 2 kids max. Clean and stylish one bedroom upstairs apartment next to owners residence. Perfect couple’s retreat, family getaway or home base for adventuring. Quaint, quiet and only two blocks from village activities. Leave the car here and walk to shopping, Christmas lighting, coffee shops and restaurants. Take a peaceful stroll to Riverfront Park offering walking and biking trails, picnic and play areas. King size bed and comfy queen sofa bed for a wonderful nights sleep.

Dream Suites 3/4 1 Bedroom /1 Bathroom on Front St

Bright and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment sleeps four guests. The rate per night is based on 2 guests. Extra guests, over 12-years-old, can be added at a rate of $15+tax/guest. This unit is smack in the middle of downtown and overlooks Front Street and the Cascade Mountain Range. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. The apartment is pet friendly, however, we charge $25+tax per pet per night.

Wedge Mountain View Studio

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
