Just minutes away from the slopes, the stunning Berg Haus is perched less than a mile from town with unparalleled views of the ski resort and Ten Mile Range from every room. The retreat has been fully refurnished in euro mountain-modern style, functional and unforgettable, and features a large hot-tub, comfy memory foam beds, smart TVs, a large fire pit and gas fireplace. The large outdoor deck has amazing views and a fully fenced in yard. There is plenty of parking in the 2-car garage, plus room for everyone's gear, and additional parking in the large driveway. Berg Haus is located in the sought-after Forest Hills neighborhood and has unparalleled views of the ski slopes. It is the perfect home for a ski-getaway and features a spacious kitchen and a state-of-the-art hot tub. The half-acre of outdoor decking features a large state-of-the-art hot tub with views of the ski resort, two fire pits and plenty of outdoor seating. The setting is very quiet and secluded yet it is just minutes from everything, skiing, shopping and dining. The back of the property is adjacent to the forest with hundreds of trails reachable from the back door. The living rooms are impeccably furnished with high-quality modern sectionals and sleepers, perfect for gatherings or quietly enjoying the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The large deck wraps around the home, making the outdoor space livable and unique. The views from the deck and hot tub are the best in town and the two fire pit and comfortable modern outdoor furniture make using the space a real pleasure.
