The house is solid brick and with polished floor boards and tiles throughout. There is a large outdoor area with built in pizza oven.

Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

Nestled in the quiet back lanes of North Coogee, this charming seaside retreat sits just across from the picturesque Port Coogee Marina and only a two-minute stroll to the famous Omeo Wreck and Coogee Beach. Within walking distance to local shops, pubs, and restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options whether you prefer to dine out or enjoy a quiet night in.
