Everyone LOVES our home; it's conveniently located less than 3 minutes from the beach, your boat, putt putt golf, shared pools, and a play area, and a 10 minute walk to coffee, wineries, and restaurants. Come & enjoy any season in Leavenworth You will feel right at home as soon as you enter our spacious, clean and up to date condo over looking the 14th fairway on the golf course, enjoy 2 pools + toddler pool, (Pools are open depending on winter weather) 3 hot tubs are open for guests use, views & an easy walk into the village of Leavenworth for strolling, shopping & dinner. The bonus is being able to park in carport and walk into front street, as parking can be a challenge on the busier days.

Unit 6-2 is a ground floor unit at LCS located front and center on the property and just steps to the water's edge. The building is situated between two pools, yet far enough away to read your book in peace on your patio. It's perched on a grassy knoll appx. 100 feet from one of the lake swim areas and just steps to the private buoy available for rent.
