Modern meets Maya, this lakefront house, 10 min boat ride from Panajachel, is a unique place. Two bedrooms with sliding doors to balconies overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. Loft type downstairs with living/dining room and kitchen for sharing quality time together while gazing over the lake. Walking distance to restaurants for candle-light dinners, kayak/sub rentals and hikes along mountain footpaths or the lakeshore. Private yet safe and accessible. Be prepared for a lovely stay!

Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
