This place was great! We stayed as a group of 6 and everything was wonderful. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was great, and the views were amazing. The washer and dryer were so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

El lugar es un paraíso, definitivamente luce como las fotos y Salvador nos ayudó y estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Sin mencionar que el lago es el mayor atractivo del lugar.

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this home. Daniel was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful with suggesting transportation options. The home is clean and quiet. The lake views are fantastic. Both Panajachel and Santa Catarina towns were accessible via tuk tuk (about 5 min ride). We would 100% stay here again.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

Bonita casa, cómodo para descansar, amplio, el parqueo interno cabe bien 1 carro. Utensilios básicos. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue el agua caliente de la ducha, muy complicado el uso, por más que intentamos y también la persona encargada llegó a explicarnos, también se le dificultó, costaba mucho bañarse. Por lo demás, una casa que sin duda regresaríamos!

Un lugar para descanzar con vistas hermosas y una atencion excelente. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y cómodas. Con buenas recomendaciones sobre como movilizarse y que actividades hacer en los alrededores. Super recomendado!

Absolutely magical stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views. Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes truly feel like a dream from up here. Photos don’t do it justice. The communication with the host was seamless, thoughtful, and warm. Everything was arranged with care, and we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. One of the absolute highlights: Chef Veronica. Every meal she prepared was delicious, fresh, and made with love. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, we can’t recommend using her chef services enough. You honestly won’t want to leave the house once you're there anyways. As for the hike up. it’s really not that bad! It adds to the sense of adventure, and once you're at the top, you’re rewarded with one of the most incredible spots you’ll ever experience. The combination of the view, the tranquility, and Veronica’s food makes it a true paradise retreat. This place inspires your mind to wander freely

Beautiful spacious villas, worth every penny. Great beds, plenty of towels, kitchen fully equipped. and super clean. We had a great time spending time in the common areas and jacuzzi area as a plus. the morning fresh air with the birds singing over a cup of coffee was such a perk. We would definitely stay here again if we back in Pana.

Pasamos 3 días en la casa, nos fue todo muy cómodo. El alojamiento está a 10 minutos caminando de todo, se siente un en su propio edén. El jardín es bello y la casa muy bien equipada

Our three night stay at the Glass House was fabulous...beyond words really. It is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! I intentionally chose our stay during April's full moon which created an even more magical experience at the Glass House. We actually had no idea that the view would be so amazing - gazing over Lake Atitlan with views of 3 volcanoes perfectly in the middle of our gaze. The space was absolutely perfect. Accommodations stylish and modern, with amazing interiors and furniture designed by the owners. Loved the fact that the location is so unique and private. One must travel by boat to the property's private dock to access the house. Venturing out to other lakeside pueblos is a quick and inexpensive boat ride away - where a boat taxi can pick you at the dock...you just have to wave a flag for them to come get you. We enjoyed preparing meals in the amazing kitchen overlooking the Lago. So impressive! I could go on and on. If you are lucky to stay here- do not hesitate!

La casa está muy bonita y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar. La entrada en carro está un poco angosta, pero manejable. En nuestro caso no fue self check in, pero Emilio nos abrió el portón rápido y nos dió algunas explicaciones de la casa, como lo de las llaves, que abrir y cerrar la puerta tiene su chiste. En general muy bien todo y muy bonito.

Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

We loved our stay! We always felt at home and very safe. The private dock and beautiful home was worth every penny. Its a 20ish minute walk to either town (we usually went to San Marcos) but tuktuks and boats are easy to find if not up for the trek. Eric was a wonderful host and always easy to reach, and Clara was so kind and sweet presence to have around the house and property. Thanks Eric and Clara!

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

This place is a real gem! spectacular views, well situated comfortable spacious and clean. The gardens and gorgeous lots to see. Appreciated the different places avaible to sit and smell the flowers. Even has a pond with fish! lots of fruit trees. Simply magnificent! Thank you Nacy Lynn, Frank and Rosa you guys make a great team! I will be back for sure! ❤️❤️❤️
