Bonita casa, cómodo para descansar, amplio, el parqueo interno cabe bien 1 carro. Utensilios básicos. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue el agua caliente de la ducha, muy complicado el uso, por más que intentamos y también la persona encargada llegó a explicarnos, también se le dificultó, costaba mucho bañarse. Por lo demás, una casa que sin duda regresaríamos!

Our three night stay at the Glass House was fabulous...beyond words really. It is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! I intentionally chose our stay during April's full moon which created an even more magical experience at the Glass House. We actually had no idea that the view would be so amazing - gazing over Lake Atitlan with views of 3 volcanoes perfectly in the middle of our gaze. The space was absolutely perfect. Accommodations stylish and modern, with amazing interiors and furniture designed by the owners. Loved the fact that the location is so unique and private. One must travel by boat to the property's private dock to access the house. Venturing out to other lakeside pueblos is a quick and inexpensive boat ride away - where a boat taxi can pick you at the dock...you just have to wave a flag for them to come get you. We enjoyed preparing meals in the amazing kitchen overlooking the Lago. So impressive! I could go on and on. If you are lucky to stay here- do not hesitate!

¡Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento de Mary! el alojamiento y el precio están demasiado bien, además de que Mary siempre fue muy cordial, se presentó a darnos la bienvenida y explicarnos cosas importantes (cosas de la casa, recomendaciones). En lo personal me pareció lindo ese contacto. Limpieza 10/10, amenidades 10/10, espacio 10/10. Todo excelente. Un alojamiento que seguro lo vale y esperamos regresar pronto.

Bonito lugar, ubicacion céntrica y buen parqueo. Todos fueron muy amables.

The house is great and the rooms were quite comfortable. We got to our place very late but our hosts was quite understanding. the location is very central and the parking is a great help.

We loved our stay! We always felt at home and very safe. The private dock and beautiful home was worth every penny. Its a 20ish minute walk to either town (we usually went to San Marcos) but tuktuks and boats are easy to find if not up for the trek. Eric was a wonderful host and always easy to reach, and Clara was so kind and sweet presence to have around the house and property. Thanks Eric and Clara!

The treehouse and the views are absolutely stunning. Rachel was super friendly and was available by text the whole time. She made sure everything went smoothly and was able to offer recommendations and insight into planning our day to day activities. A couple things to note. The place is quite remote, a 15 minute hike in the woods. For us that just meant packing a bag for the day and then coming home in the evenings and not leaving again. Jaibalito is tiny, so there really isn’t much reason to go back, but just something to note! That said, the space is so cozy and very pretty at night. Packs some snacks and drinks and have a nice night in. Another thing is that you have to walk outside and downstairs to go to the bathroom. Was a little spooky at night for us. The bedroom is on the top floor, so you have to take the spiral stairs down, then outside to go to the bathroom at night. We did see a couple of scorpions at night in the bathroom doorway, so take a flashlight with you.

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

Visite el alojamiento junto con mi familia, nos encantó, todo están muy limpio y ordenado, la ubicación es perfecta casi sin tráfico. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente, es muy acogedor.

Excellent location, can walk to gym, shopping, and even to Parque Centro (10-15 mins). Apt has hot water, which is very desirable, although the pressure is a little weak but still nice. The city cut the water a few times during my stay, but host turned on the pump and water worked fine after that, just have to communicate when that happens. Host was 5/5 with everything, even includes sheltered parking if you need it, although the street is easy and accessible. Overall great apartment to stay long term, it’s comfortable and close to everything you need. 5/5 will return next time!

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful and affordable this Airbnb was! I originally had only rented it so we can be closer to the port to transfer to Panajachel. But we were welcome by the most beautiful view I seen, the apartment itself is so spacious and because it’s in a Hostel it has so many amenities including a rooftop with a view and hammocks. I was so sad that we only spend a day here as this could have easily been my base camp for the whole trip. Super convenient location, clean, and the view… wow. What a great find!

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

One of our favourite ever stays with AirBnB after many years. Amazing value & lovely apartment with incredible views. So easy to get to and from San Pedro centre with Tuk Tuk 10Q per persona. Host could not be more helpful. Isabelle Bistro good restaurant close.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. We had a lovely stay at Casa Julia–it was truly an oasis. The house design and construction is unique and gorgeous, using natural materials and creating a vibe that helps guests feel connected with the natural surroundings. The information provided by Hollie helped us get there and up the hill, which we really appreciated. Yes, it’s a steep climb, but we were grateful for our tuk tuk driver who helped with the luggage. Given that the house is a bit more remote from town, I do wish the kitchen were better equipped for cooking. We made do, but the pots and pans could use an upgrade for sure.

El lugar está muy bien, se apega bastante a las fotografías, la limpieza estuvo excelente, la casa no tiene malos olores, las sábanas estaban en excelente estado. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueros detalladas y funciona muy bien todo el tema de llegada autónoma. El parqueo tiene bastante oportunidad de mejora en cuestión visual, el lugar es muy seguro en sus alrededores pero el parqueo podría mejorar la presentación. El lugar cuenta con 2 buenas televisiones donde pudimos utilizar Netflix. Por último, tomar en cuenta que son varias estancias dentro del mismo terreno.

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Beeindruckende Villa mit großem Garten. Der See ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und das Haus sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

El Mirador es un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y relajante. Pasamos unos días descansados y tranquilos, perfecto para pasarlo en familia.

Michael’s is a start host, a great communicator and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as easy and enjoyable as possible. He recommends places to shop, eat, and lancha/shuttle services. The groundskeeper Lucas and his family are gems and truly make the house a home. They pick you up at the port in Jaibalito and assist with luggage and his wife Teresa makes the most delicious tortillas. Now for the house! It was beautifully decorated filled with traditional and tasteful decor. The view from the upper balcony is to die for with a spectacular view of the lake and volcanos as well as the amazing house garden. Any time of day, morning, afternoon, or night, it’s sure to be your favorite spot. Amenities were included soap, shampoo, towels, coffee as well as everything you need to cook like pans and spices. We enjoyed reading Michael’s story and history of the house in the house rulebook which contains all you need to know for your stay. You are sure to feel at home here.
