Hyggeligt og ugeneret hus beliggende på landet blandt mark, skov og sø i den svenske natur. Tæt på Vallåsen cykelheaven og Kungsbacka ski. Nyere badeværelse med varme i gulvet, og huset opvarmes med en varmepumpe og brændeovn. Super dejligt og velfungerende hus. Vi har lejet huset ud gennem flere år og alle vores lejere har været super glade for huset og naturen omkring stedet. Der er to soveværelser: Et med en dobbeltseng 180x200 cm. Et med en køjeseng (2 senge 70x180) egnet til børn og unge.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

This newly renovated and designed typical Swedish house is located in the middle of a beautiful and calm forrest right next to a big lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Swedish summer and spring with longs walks, swimming in the lake, beautiful evenings and fun trips. During the colder months it's great for relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the snow or cooking in our well equipped kitchen. A lovely apartment with two double bedrooms, luxurious big bathroom and a small kitchen with acess to a beautiful garden right outside your doorstep. It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. Comfortable and quiet accommodation in the woods

Spacious house outside of Våxtorp with 4 bedrooms, kitchen and large common areas. The house is situated between the forest and the fields close to the animals of the forest, the birds' song and the total silence. The plot is a large natural plot and there are many bicycle paths in the area. By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.

A silent and beautiful place in south of Sweden. We have restored the barn gently in a Swedish/Danish countrystile. Cows and sometimes horses around the house as well as wildlife like Moose, wild boar, deers, cranes etc. A lot to visit for both children and adults, we have made a guide for inspiration. Nice places for walks, coffee, tea and dinner. Perfect for nature lovers and families who want to have real family time. No wifi but a lot to do inside and outside.

Here you have full privacy and nature at your doorstep, which makes it a perfect space to work on a book, meditate or just regenerate from an otherwise busy lifestyle. As the pine trees at the driveway welcomes you to the garden, you feel taken away from time and space. There is a total of 5500 sqm nature that you get all to yourself. There is also a charger for electric cars.

I vår trädgård bredvid vårt hus (husnummer 211) finns en stuga (husnummer 209), ett typiskt svenskt rött trähus med 35 m2 boyta. På bottenvåningen finns köket (fullt utrustat inkl. elektrisk spis, bordskylskåp), badrum (dusch och toalett) och vardagsrum/matsal. På översta våningen hittar du det öppna sovrummet med en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng, inklusive förvaringsutrymme. Gästerna är välkomna i vår vackra gröna trädgård med utsikt över dalen
