New furnishings include: pillow top QN mattress, black out curtains and w/d in unit. A full furnished kitchen and lots of closet space make it very comfortable. There is a new QN size 5" memory foam sleeper sofa. Shared gas grills, tennis courts, putting greens, spas, 2 pools, and shuffleboard!

Lots of snorkeling spots nearby. ocean comes up to waterwall so there is no sand out front of complex. huge sundeck along waters edge. There is no sandy beach out front of condo. My place is very close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk! It is also a short two minute walk to a pizza restaurant, sushi bar or a beach bar. It is located between the Kapalua and Kaanapali Resorts. We have free parking just outside the door. High ceilings, full kitchen, very cozy, a pullout sofa bed good for two small kids, super comfy king size bed! A/C in bedroom and Living area.
