We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. Great stay on an excellent location

Our group enjoyed our stay here and both the property and the host / staff were able to meet our expectations. - The location is very secure since it's inside a gated neighborhood. - The pool's temperature is not too hot, but good enough to keep you warm. - The villa has a good location to view both sunrise and sunset. - The staff provides a professional welcome, provides clear instructions, proactive in checking what the guests need, very responsive, and addresses concerns immediately. - The staff is perfectly on time with their scheduled responsibilities. - The location is marked accurately in maps / GPS applications. - There are nearby mom and pop stores, as well as chain 24/7 convenience stores. - There are good number of rooms and plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. - The property provides good and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

We had a great stay in Katrina's place. My two (2) nieces and I celebrated our birthdays together with our family and loved ones in this clean, beautiful and relaxing place. I love the ambiance, the gentle breeze of the cool wind at the lakeside, the sweet sounds of the birds, the clean crystal clear water in the pool and the lovely view. The hospitable man welcomed us and always there whenever we asked for assistance and that is much appreciated. Superhost Katrina was so responsive and very considerate. This is one of the best places which I highly recommended. Our overall experience is 100% great and lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Hoping to book this place again in the future.

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

Very nice and cozy place! Very accomodating and friendly hosts. We love the view and the interiors of the house. We just think it would be better to have an aircondition unit at the ground floor for the guests to be more comfortable especially during summer. One of the best airbnb's we've experienced. Will recommend this to friends. And will definitely book again 🫶

The place was clean, and the main house had two air-conditioned bedrooms. The teepee huts were a bit warm during the day since they only had electric fans, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and Ate Benny and Ate Gina were very helpful. We recommend that if you’re traveling with seniors and kids, they stay at Angging since the teepee huts are located on higher ground. Overall, we loved the place — definitely worth coming back to!

Had a great stay here :) the only downside i can think of was because we were quite a big group we bought too much food and it didnt fit the ref :p but i will definitely go back here again with the family cause we enjoyed too much, the place was great and well kept.
