Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Beautifully restored gatehouse with exposed features, wood burner and four poster bed. The property boasts an acre of garden with an orchard, patio, private hot tub and parking. Glorious opportunity for local walks, Exe cycle trail, Dartmoor, Dawlish Warren and Exmouth beach, Exe River and canal all in the local area.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

“Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Please see "other details" regarding the car parking permit at Manor Road. THE LIFT IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING TO THE 1ST FLOOR WHERE THE FLAT IS - JUST STAIRS

Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
