Charlton Cottage is in Condobolin in countryside NSW. The cottage is a unique blend of old meets new. Kick your boots off on the 3 metre bull nose verandah's and watch the big skies roll in. Stylishly renovated and fully air conditioned, Chartlon Cottage caters to all your needs. Enjoy a few drinks around the fire pit or curl up on the leather lounge in front of the wood heater. Heaps of room to run around or park vehicles. Two blocks to local cafes, pubs, and boutique shops.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Perfectly suited to contractors also with safe parking. Ten minute walk to the shops and town swimming pool. Five minute drive to our beautiful lake. Or visit our information centre which is also a five minute drive or a leisurely 15 minute walk see our utes in the paddock and enjoy a coffee at Thorpey's. Wheelchair friendly, disability rails in toilet and shower. Rear lane access with plenty of parking space.
