The SeaChange La Union Guesthouse by the Beach

Enjoy the comforts of home in this peaceful, fully furnished bungalow just steps away from the beach. The guest house is located in a large 1,000 sqm property filled with mango trees. Just 100 meters (less than a 2min walk!) is the beach, where you can enjoy La Union's gorgeous sunsets. The guest house is built right beside the Host's home, but is completely separate with its own front entrance and patio. **Bedrooms can also be booked individually, please see separate listings per bedroom**

Bahay Sampalok – queen suite, 1 min walk to beach

Bahay Sampalok is your home in La Union. This beautiful space is furnished with essential Filipino pieces & modern quirky touches to make your stay cozy & inspiring. We want to share our love of local craftsmanship: dividers made of antique capiz , a terracotta sink made of Taboc clay. A favorite of ours is the solihiya kitchen cart gifted by our neighbors at Irugi Coffee(try the press-o-tonic!). Every morning here you wake to sunlight & a view of our namesake, a beautiful 30 ft. sampalok tree.

REEF HOUSE’s Bodrum Family Suite with shared pool

This unique place has a style all its own ,The BODRUM FAMILY SUITE is a separately rented unit from the MAIN HOUSE , it has a common area with mini kitchen , dining table , sofa bed & bunk bed , it has a small couple’s room with comfort room & bunk bed , fully air conditioned with WIFI , light cooking is allowed with Refrigerator & cooking utensils , it has a shared access to the direct Seaview swimming pool , white sand beachfront , parking & the whole gated vicinity of the REEF HOUSE.

You will have your own studio unit, air-conditioning, TV, hot & cold shower, en-suite bathroom as well as WiFi & Netflix Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest’s room. A kettle for coffee is included in your room San Juan surfing is a 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd. Note that my pets live on the property yet are friendly & welcoming

Backpackers, solo travelers or a group of 3 people are welcome here in my home. The room can is set to accommodate 2 persons or maximum of 3 people if you don't mind squeezing in. It's a simple accommodation for those who are on a getaway and on a budget. As we are re-opening after the pandemic, we opted to install some upgrade to provide extra comfort during your stay.
