modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.
