Appartement situé aux pieds des plages et vue sur mer, vous serez en moins de 2 minutes sur le sable. Appartement situé au 2ème étage d'une résidence calme sans ascenseur. Il est composé d'une pièce de vie, d'une chambre séparée, d'une salle de bain avec douche et WC, la surface est de 23,5 m2 (30 m2 sans la loi carrez). Bars, restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie juste à coté de la résidence. Arrêt de bus en bas de la résidence Attention pas de place de parking, mais parking gratuit à 200m.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
