Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. Kitchenette includes fridge, electric portable induction cooktop, microwave, pans, cutlery, and tableware. Whole house water filtration system. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Air mattress if needed for extra guests. Large contained back yard good for dogs. Ten min. to State Capital, CSUS, and five min. to UC Davis Medical Center.
