Frequented by wildlife you will often see deer, hummingbird, fox or turkey on your drive up the private 1.7 mile road that traverses the mountain. The home is solar assisted & made of eco-friendly Straw Bale construction. Walk barefoot on warm radiant heat floors in the winter.

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Remote 300 sq ft solar powered cabin in the ponderosa forest 7 miles from the town of Mancos by Mancos State Park. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Durango Tibet House

Welcome to the Durango Vintage Tibet House Retreat! Nine blocks to Historic Main Street Durango! One block to World Class Mountain Biking and Hiking Trails at Mesa Bike Park & Horse Gulch Trails. The Tibet House is 400 sq. feet with a sleeping loft upstairs and a convertible couch downstairs. The House was built and styled around a painting the owner Mr. Thomas created at the ceremony he attended in the Dalai Lama's temple in Dharmsala India in 1980!

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
