Blue Lake Ranch's River House, Daily Breakfast!

The Ultimate Vacation Rental. One mile from the Main Inn, on 80 acres and the banks of the tranquil La Plata River, the River House has been completely renovated and now has two large king bedrooms, each bedroom has a private outside entrance, fireplace, luxury bath with walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The great room has a fireplace, full kitchen, with dining area and a reading alcove with a twin bed that can convert to a king bed. There is also a powder room (1/2 bath) and a washer and dryer. A patio with gas grill completes this stunning house on the river.

The deck is a great to enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast or hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. During winter months, an AWD or 4WD is recommended.

Beautiful kitchen w/granite counters, ample cabinets, range, center island. Separate DR with seating for 8. Large family room, living room, laundry room, 1/2 bath, wet bar, fireplace all located on first floor. Marble stairs to the second floor 1st bedroom master king, w/fireplace, bath w/ jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 2nd bedroom 3/4 bath, 3 single beds. Two more bedrooms, one w/ 1 queen, other 2 queen shares a jack and jill bath. Great location for Mesa Verde National Park and skiing.

The 10-acre property is adjacent to the Overend Mountain Park, with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and features numerous sitting areas, gardens and vistas.
