Comfortable 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed apartment, a cozy patio for two, and free parking on the street, right in front of the apartment. It is a one-floor apartment with optical fiber wifi. We have a small but functional kitchen and a big enough fridge. It is 12 blocks away from the Malecon, a 4-minute drive, or an 18-minute walk (1.5 km / 0.93 miles). The living room area has a couch to chill with a TV, there is also a smaller TV in the bedroom. There is no high water pressure in the shower.

Cómodo Alojamiento, excelente ubicación en unas de los mejores fraccionamientos de la Ciudad, a 5 minutos del Malecón, se cuenta con los mejores supermercados a unas cuadras así como plaza comercial donde hay Cine, tiendas, Gimnasio, etc. En la esquina pasa la Ciclo vía la cual te lleva al malecón y llegas a él en no más de 5 min en Bicicleta la cual pude ser rentada en el mismo malecón.

Ven a a disfrutar tus vacaciones en este exclusivo departamento de 3 recamaras, no encontraras otro igual, cuenta con 4 mini splits y 4 tv de 55" con sky. Por mucho somos tu mejor opción La alberca pequeña tiene un chapoteado no es jacuzzi. Y la calefacción de la alberca pequeña solo se enciende en temporada alta.
