Enjoy Good Vibes private riverfront beach, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, clubhouse, fishing pond, bathhouse is close, and fast WiFi. Sleeps up to 6 with queen bedroom, loft, futon, full kitchen, strong A/C, fireplace and 3 TVs. Set on the quieter pond side with open views. Golf cart may be available to rent from us or resort River days & sunset memories.

The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

Tons of secure parking for cars and trailers alike. Take off in your UTV, Motorcycles or quads right from the house and straight into the desert. A block and a half the other direction and you're at the public launch and Community Park for Big River.

Welcome to the River Oasis. This cozy, newly remodeled, pet friendly mobile home is on the Colorado River. It sleeps 5, with 3 small beds and one roll out queen size sofa bed. and has been furnished with all new appliances. It is located on a corner lot with a fenced in yard. Just a few feet from the water and steps away from the county store. No cancellation fee! Bring the kids and the boat!!
