We are an experienced host and have another home that we built last year 1 street over and this house will be our 3rd in the Parker area going back 8 years. 1970'S HIDDEN GEM CLOSE TO THE RIVER 2000 SQ FT

NO BOOKING OR CLEANING FEES!!! 2,600 feet from the river, just off the strip!!! 3 bed 2 bath in a cul-de-sac sleeps 6 easily, 2,000 sq ft (lots of room) and peaceful. In a typical Parker, Az neighborhood this is NOT The Keys. Close to free boat launch ramps, boat and jet ski rentals close by. Plenty of room for onsite and offsite parking next door for your toys and guests. Pool table, bar, full kitchen, large master bedroom and bath. BBQ Grill and griddle. Only dogs allowed with added fee.

"Entire home-beautiful sunset views"

"Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from the patio. In the evening, relax under the stars around the gas fire pit. This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath next to the canyon home sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6. With all the conveniences of home including a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator. In addition, washer and dryer and internet, Netflix are included. There is a BBQ outside on the patio looking over the canyon. Ample parking for your boat or ATV's. "

Gorgeous views with space to have lots of fun! Easy access to water sports, boating, jet skiing, paddle board, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, off-road riding, playing at the casino, enjoying company with others, or just sitting by the river enjoying the view and awesome sunsets.

Whether you are a snow bird wanting to get away from the harsh winter, or are a "River Person" our home has you covered. The home is right on the river with a dock to park your boat and two jet skis. Private launch with passes included let's you get on and out of the water fast. Winter fun includes riding All Terrain vehicles right out of the park; you can explore ghost towns, old mines, and even get to the "Desert Bar" directly from our home using off road paths.
