I was very happy with my stay! The complex consists of several flats, all of which can also be found on AirBnb, kind of like an aparthotel. The flat is large, especially the bathroom, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is modern. Nothing was lacking. For those who care: There is a Smart TV with Netflix and co. You can reach the Teleferico station Sopocachi in 5 minutes and Plaza Espana, where you can find most of the minibuses (the public transport in La Paz). There is an in house laundry service and the flat is thoroughly cleaned once a week for longer stays (I was there for 1 month), including changing bed linen, towels etc. All in all, a top service! See you next time!

Lovely apartment--we stayed three days. Close to the Sopocachi teleferico station and a few minutes walk from grocery stores and other amenities. Furnished with everything you might need, and very hospitable staff.

Although at first we felt like we were right out of town at the top of a very long hill with 8 flights of stairs to get home ( with 2 young children this was important to us) we came to love returning to the peaceful , homely apartment with quite easily the BEST views in la Paz , and absolutely loved spending our downtime here. Thankyou !

Excelente lugar. Muy amables todo el personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron a llegar a varios lugares. La habitación muy cómoda, te reciben con todo muy limpio y ordenado, el baño muy limpio y con agua caliente. Como conclusión, recomendable al 100%. Nosotros fuimos en familia y nos trataron muy bien.

El alojamiento de Eduardo fue la mejor opción para tener una apreciación objetiva de la ciudad. La ubicación, la seguridad del edificio, la inmejorable vista, la comunicación permanente y la preocupación de Eduardo por sus huéspedes; fueron los aspectos más importantes de nuestra estancia. Very nice apartment love the view from bedroom with mirror windows. Daniel and Ximena such a nice people. Earlier check in? No problem. Check out at 7p.m. no problem. We liked the space for guests as well. I can only recommend. There is a stuff in a building ready to help you with anything you need.

Very nice place. Stayed there twice, on the way to the Yungas and again on the way back. It is a very convenient location. Lucy replies your messages fast.
