Located in a brand new development in an excellent location which allows you to completely disconnect and rest. It is an ideal base to explore this special, beautiful island or visit the best surfing/kiting spots and beaches. The apartment is located on the first floor. All the main rooms including the balcony face south and are protected from the wind. In addition to the balcony, the apartment also offers a private roof terrace with stunning views. Furnishing is to a very high standard.

This beautiful upstairs apartment with private roof terrace in Casilla de Costa Villaverde Fuerteventura is the perfect place to spend your holiday. The apartment is stylish and spacious, overlooking the swimming pool (salty water). The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms with balcony and patio access direct from the bedrooms. Two bathrooms one with walk in shower, the other with bath. Lot of space in the closets. Amazing al fresco dining in the terrace over looking the swimming pool.
