The property features its own garden and animals such as donkeys and dogs. The pool is shared with the owners of the property. Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
