All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

Quiet neighborhood. One double br with very comfortable mattress. Dining room with sofa bed. Lots of natural light throughout the day. AC, heat pump, high speed WIFI in all rooms.
