Stay in one of Condesa's most charming, tree-lined streets. This 1950s restored building has retained its original genuineness and character. We serve coffee, and all breakfast essentials that you can enjoy in the dinning table, overlooking the main street and the cute balcony. The super comfortable king-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Casa México esta ubicada en una zona estratégica y maravillosa ya que se encuentra en el corazón de la colonia condesa enfrente del Parque México. Esta zona es conocida por sus preciosas calles arboladas, grandes restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de todo tipo y galerías. La colonia es céntrica ya que es fácil llegar a varias zonas interesantes como La Roma, Polanco y Escandón. Asimismo esta zona es conocido por su ambiente familiar y bohemio que se viven todos los días en las calles. El departamento esta ubicado en un segundo piso arriba del Café Toscano donde podrás disfrutar de un gran desayuno incluido. En la azotea podrás disfrutar de una vista sensacional hacía las copas de los arboles. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada, sala, comedor y baño. Asimismo cuenta con servicio de Limpieza incluido There is a shared rooftop where guest can enjoy a great view to the park and sit down to work or hang out. I am available 24/7 through the app or Whatsapp in order to solve any doubts from guests. Zona tranquila, arbolada llena de restaurantes, cafeterías, parques y galerías. La mejor opción para moverse por la zona es caminando, con bicicleta o uber.

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
