Lovely place to stay in Cap Cana. Super comfortable bed and living room. The property is very well equipped. The building and it's amenities are very modern. Very safe and very clean. Wifi works great in case you need to remain connected. Host was super attentive and willing to help, which we greatly appreciate! We will definitely be back :)

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist modern und besitzt eine weitreichende Ausstattung, mit der man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Besitzer selbst haben proaktiv gehandelt, beispielsweise haben sie einen Transport, zum Strand oder durch die Gegend Bayahibe, für mich veranlasst, was ich sehr schätze. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft leicht zugänglich und mittels zuvorkommender Kommunikation der Besitzer einfach zu finden. Die Beherbergung entspricht auch dessen, was auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Ich denke, es ist ein wirkliches tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, was dargeboten wird. Sollte ich in der Zukunft nochmal zurückkehren, würde ich mich stets für diese Bleibe entscheiden.

amazing place to stay, the place is really stash of all the essentials and more, communication with Nathalie was easy and smooth, she was really attentive and reachable at all times, I will recommend this place!

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

Our stay at Pasquel's condo in Los Altos, Casa de Campo, was truly exceptional. Pasquel's responsiveness was unparalleled; he arranged seamless transportation from PUJ airport, secured a golf cart for our convenience, and provided thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with waters, beers, and pastries—a delightful touch that set the tone for our stay. His dining suggestions at Altos de Chavón, Minitas Beach, and the Marina were outstanding, each offering unique experiences that enhanced our trip. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly situated within Casa de Campo, providing easy access to all the resort's amenities. Pasquel's attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience made our vacation truly memorable. We only wish we had more time to explore all the wonderful spots he recommended. Highly recommend staying at Pasquel's place for an outstanding experience in the Dominican Republic.

Estuvo todo perfecto , si bien fue un poco complicado todos los aparatos tecnológicos hacerlos funcionar Virgilio estuvo siempre presente para todo lo que le pregunté , tiene agua caliente que no es dato menor , tiene el acceso a la playa por un transporte que si bien no pasa seguido, el guardia lo llamaba y venía , la playa privada donde te lleva es muy linda pero no tiene nada de comercio por si tenes que comprar algo , pedidos ya anda súper bien , la verdad que todo excelente, si tengo que dar algún consejito sería que se dejara aunque sea una botellita de agua mínimo , pero después fue todo muy ameno Pd: si bien la seguridad es tranquila en punta cana , la calle con la que se accede al barrio privado no me gustó mucho , pero dentro del complejo era perfecto , tranquilo y 100% seguro Como dato : un Uber sale 20 dólares desde el aeropuerto

We had a great spring break in Punta Cana, SUPER spacious, everyone slept great/comfortable beds, temperature easy to control, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby. This is a great option if you’re not into the all-you-can-eat/ all inclusive/ resort row and want a more unique and authentic experience. We stocked up on groceries on the way to check-in and were able to eat meals in when we didn’t feel like going out. CLEAN, No bugs, has everything you need and more for a fabulous vacation. Raffy is the BEST host, provided tons of information and super responsive whenever we had a question. Plus great contacts on the property for help booking excursions, rides, etc. We felt like we were in great hands and had everything we needed.
