Уютна вила на 2 етажа, със собствен басейн със солена вода и циркулация за леко затопляне. Басейнът се ползва между април и октомври, около него има удобно декинг покритие. Джакузи работи целогодишно, температура на водата около 40 градуса. Обширен двор с черешови дръвчета, и зеленина. Налично е барбекю. Мястото е уединено, наоколо е гора. В селото има магазинче за най-необходими неща. Град Кюстендил е на около 12 км. На около 50 м от къщата има изворче с прекрасна питейна вода от планината.
