Cozy, small, beautiful two-level loft studio on the 4th floor of a historic building from 1917. The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House. A 5-minute walk from the metro station "Universitet". The apartments are part of a small apart-hotel of 3 rooms.
