My cosy elegance apartment located in the heart of the city centre. Mong Kok East & Mong Kok Mtr 1-3 minutes walking distance . You'll glad to feel a true city feeling! We also provided a duplex /triplex for a big group. up to 7 bed rooms in the building has 3 elevators We use Simons pillow and mattress, International band electric appliance. Split-type air-conditioner with heater, Royal wall paper..... LG Led tv, very comfortable bed, full cotton bed linens. It likes your comfortable home.

Kennedy Town is a trendy living area in HK. 15mins away from Central, the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafés. Brand-new one-bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. Enjoy the best sunset and fireworks from Disney Land while having dinner on the patio. All rooms have amazing sea views. Flat is 3 min walking distance from MTR, 1 min from tram, 1 min from harbour running trail.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located converted loft-style commercial space with a king bed, natural light, workspace, modern design, fast and stable wifi, washer/dryer, exercise equipment, folding bike, ample storage space, TV with Netflix and Playstation, Roomba, and a rooftop. Weekly serviced light and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a modern block only 8 years old. The whole top floor is divided in to both a large lounge, library and pool table area as well as a well equipped Gymnasium and Yoga / Dance room. The apartment would suit somebody looking for a medium term stay in a convenient, vibrant but quiet area, who would enjoy the workspace opportunity of the seldom used expansive top floor lounge,and the recreational facilities. Weekly linen change is included.

Near Soho, SYP, central, 35 sqs, decorated studio

35 square meters large studio, only 3 mins walking to SYP MTR, surrounded by cafe, all types of restaurants and bars. And you can walk to Soho/peak/KT! Movie lovers’ apartment equipped with 52’ TV, sound bar and all movies livestream memberships. Dyson hairdryer. Marshall soundbar, 1.7m width double bed, so welcome to spend a chill night at HK island. I have a cat, but she won’t be distributing you during your stay coz I ll take her with me - however make sure you are not allergic.

Located 3min walk from Prince Edward C2 MTR exit and 7min walk from Mongkok East station, very convenient with Convenient stores, supermarkets, wet market and shopping all within 5min walk. To Universities & Hospitals : Polytech, City and Baptist Uni: Within 10min Chinese University: 20min St Teresa and Baptist Hospital:10min My place is located on 2nd floor. You will need to use the stairs to reach my level.

Three min walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR A1, my place is super convenient for you to explore HK or longstay. Within several mins walk, you may reach Lady St, Sneaker St or Supermarkets in Mongkok for you to shop. It has Two long rooms which are separated into four rooms for a big family or team stay My place is located on the 3rd floor and you will need to use the stairs to reach my level.
