The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Orbi City is located on first line from the sea, only 50 meters away from the beach. Indulge in the remarkable views of the sea, Gonio fotress and even Turkish mountains from my apartment, located at 42nd floor of the Orbi City block C. It has a dining area with a smart TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a microwave, electric kettle and fridge. I provide clean bed linen. Dolphinarium is 1.3 km away. Front desk helps you 24 hours.

Gonio Balcony 2 minutes from the sea

Large, beautiful 2-storey house in Gonio. You can enjoy the silence of nature and the sea air. Free wi-fi, TV. Does the apartment have a kitchenette, as well as a summer kitchen in the yard with all kitchen utensils. Your way to the beach will take no more than 2 minutes on foot. For rent 2 room apartment on the 2nd floor of a house with a veranda overlooking the garden, where you can drink Georgian wine. On the other side of the apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Two-bedroom apartments with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Also at your disposal is an XBOX Series S, a projector, an audio system, board games, books, and an umbrella for comfortable sunbathing. P.S. There is also a playpen-bed.
