Small private house with a garden in the centre of Kuressaare, just a short walk from the town centre. Located next to the bus station, very easily accessible by car. The house has two comfortable bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a living room/kitchen (sofa bed) full of light. There is one bathroom with a shower, a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Otse maja ees on männimets, kus asuvad nii suurepärane terviserada kui discgolfipark. Hiljuti rajati maja juurde ka korvpalliplats ja välijõusaal. Kui soovid aktiivsemalt aega veeta, on meil korteris olemas nii korvpall kui discgolfikettad. Umbes 700m kaugusel, asub Saare Golfi 18- rajaga golfiväljak, kus asub ka suurpäraste maitsete pakkuja ja kõrgelt hinnatud restoran Figo. Kesklinna jalutab meie juurest vaid 20 minutiga.

Unser Ferienhaus haben wir im Jahr 2023 komplett restauriert und neu eingerichtet. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und mit Blick auf den Garten und den Sonnenuntergang. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über die große Terrasse direkt in den Garten. Eine Sauna für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch vorhanden. An das Grundstück grenzt ein See mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man baden kann.
