This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)
