The location is perfect for families due to the very child friendly Sam Roi Yod beach (which is only one minutes walk from the front gate). • The house is on one level with 4 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. • The house has a nice safety features for children such as a high front gate and a safety-cut electrical system. • The kitchen with good facilities for self-catering • Barbecue grill • POOL TABLE !!

Artistic design with a pool, tropical paradise

Our townhouse is situated in a quiet tropical village a few minute walk from the beach. Fully renovated in April 2023 it features modern design, thought-out layout, 2 new air-conditioners and hand-painted murals that will make your photos pop! In 60 sqm there is living room with smart TV, designated working desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and coffee machine, dining zone, bedroom with new king mattress, bathroom with rain shower, balcony. In front of the house is a loop pool.

THE SEA CONDOMINIUM ( Two bedrooms) By Jarinporn

There are two bedrooms , one dining room and living room for the big family. The room is faced to the sea. It is a nice view. Nice swimming pool , fitness room, snooker table and sand pond for the little kids to play. The seafood restaurant is just walking distance. It is not expensive and fresh.
