(Slightly wrinkled from storage, not ironed). This 2-bedroom condo, attached with a bathroom n toilet , sits in central Georgetown—hospitals, hawker stalls, souvenir shops, and vegan/non-vegan restaurants are all steps away.

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Ground Floor)

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year old shophouse in the heart of Georgetown, meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed. The ground floor is terracotta and furniture has been constructed using cut-offs from roofing beams, old railway sleepers and window frames.

Good to know: Our apartment is located on a lively street, so you may hear some city sounds during the nights. Earplugs are thoughtfully provided for light sleepers.
