Our stay was convenient, thanks to a flexible check-in process and clear communication with the landlord, Ray. The apartment's location is exceptional, just behind the harbor, allowing easy access to attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront and local neighborhoods. The spacious indoor layout comfortably accommodated our group, with ample seating in the living room and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation enjoyable. However, there were drawbacks. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, with dust on surfaces on almost all furniture. The bedding in one bedroom had an unpleasant body odor, indicating it hadn't been changed. In the other bedroom, the bedding smelled stale, as if it had not been used in a long time. In the bathroom, there were only a bottle of shampoo, and a bottle of shower gel which is already almost empty, no toilet paper. We had to buy them by ourselves. Overall we had a great time in HK, thanks to the convenience of this apartment.

We were a party of 5 senior adults staying in the flat for two weeks. The flat was spacious and newly renovated. We were very comfortable in this space. The host Tanguy was extremely receptive and responsive to all our needs. He is an excellent host. The flat is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, easily accessible to the subway line and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The location was amazing. Thank you Tanguy for an amazing stay in your flat.

Muy buen lugar para sentir como vive la gente local. Muy fácil acceso al metro y autobús 1 y 1A te llevan a todas partes. Acceso a los mercados y muchos lugares para comer. Departamento igual a las fotos, y como algo extra que nos ayudó mucho es que tiene lavadora de ropa.

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!

first time to hongkong and staying at coco's place was very enjoyable for our family with 2 teenagers and 2 small children, coco is very quick to respond and all the necessities at home have been prepared very well, shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper , blanket and kitchen equipment really make me feel at home. even though the bathroom is small but the advantage of the bathroom is what makes us happy because there is a bidet. There is supermarket very close and around coco's place there are also lots of places to eat that you can explore, overall we are very happy stayed at coco’s place and thank you to coco and her sister who have helped prepare a comfortable place for our family god bless you always.🙏🥰

Great place right next to Jordan station. Very convenient and close to major sightseeing spots either by public transport or by foot. It is great value for price type of place. Place is ideal for solo travelers as it has all that you need. Bed might go small if you're above 6.1/2 feet tall otherwise I was very pleased by the accommodation.Thanks for hosting me.

We had a nice stay at Wing's place. It could not be closer to the MTR! When you stay here understand you are getting a feel of how a Hong Kong local would live - to me this is fantastic. There is a supermarket underneath the building and plenty of restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maria's apartment, such a convinience location on East Tsim sha tsui. Easy bus ride no. A21 from the airport. Good size of apartment studio, reasonable price and its a plus to have a big fridge, fucntion kitchen and a combo washer/dryer. On thr day i was leaving, had a little problem with the elevator, one has'nt been working, other got stuck on my floor, would'nt open, and the other is used by delivery and cleaner . Its not the host fault, it just happened on the wrong time. But I figured a solution by going one floor down by stairs, to used the Even number elevator that is empty. Overall, its a great stay, and I love hongkong. Thank you for providing enjoyable apartment.

지하철, 버스 정류장이 가까워서 좋았어요! 도로변에 입구가 있어서 숙소를 찾는것도 쉽고 고층, 테라스, 욕실 2개가 있는 숙소를 찾는것이 쉽지않았는데 저희 5인 가족에게 딱 맞는 좋은 숙소였습니다! 수건 1인 1개라는 후기를 보고 Ning에게 수건 추가 요청을 드려서 여행하는동안 수건도 충분했고, 욕실도 깔끔하고 욕실용품도 잘 갖춰져있습니다~! 메트리스 침대 1, 에어매트리스 침대 2로 가족 모두 잘 사용했어요~! 식탁과 식기들, 그리고 물, 냉장고에 맥주도 감사했습니다^^ 주변 편의시설과 식당등 추천 해줘서 여행하는동안 Ning 덕분에 편안하고 즐거운 가족여행이 되었습니다! 감사합니다^^ 다음에 홍콩에 오면 다시 이 숙소에 올꺼예요~~~

I didn't want a hotel that was too small and dirty, and since it was the holidays, good hotels were too expensive, so I tried Airbnb for the first time and it was a great choice. Harvey, the host, was very friendly and attentive. From the taxi to and from the airport, to the tourist routes, descriptions of the property, and transportation tips. The house was clean and he provided extra blankets and a heater as it was unusually cold the week we stayed. It really felt like we were staying at a friend's house in Hong Kong.

★★Luxury Harbor View Kowloon -5 Min Central★★

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

Robert’s place was great, although was smaller than the photos appeared. As such my husband and I ended up having to move to a friend’s house and leave our two young adult children to stay alone ( which wasn’t a problem.) As 4 people in that tiny space would have been a real squeeze. The biggest problem that there had been a last minute problem with the kitchen which suddenly needed repair. As such it was shut off completely when my daughter arrived and she was told that the kitchen would not be able to be used. In such a tiny space, losing a whole kitchen was a big deal. It also meant that they had nowhere to go to store or prepare even the most basic of food. Robert was very good about it when I contacted him though and agreed to give us a sizable refund on our initial payment as compensation, which I thought was very fair. As such, I am still happy to give a positive review.

Located in the heart of Central with a sports park / play ground right in front. The views are magnificent - 3 bedrooms are a rarity. We were a party of 6 - all good. We will come back.

I stayed for ten days with Jamie and had a great time. The location is central but quiet and the apart quite spacious considering HK standards. Great barhroom and views as well. Jamie was super kind and i enjoyed chatting with her sometimes. As she also work from home (from the dinner table/living room) I mostly worked from the bedroom.
