Ce logement est un des plus beaux, Malgré le fait qu’il soit excentré des principales attractions touristiques ceci en fait finalement un paradis , immergé dans la vie locale et sous un fabuleux couché de soleil à 23secondes de la plage , Description qui correspond aux photos et , petit spoiler ( La villa est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo) Et que dire de Samy , l’homme de maison qui est toujours disponible et réactif à n’importe quel moment, un véritable humain au cœur chaud avec de vraie valeurs . Pour conclure , je recommande à 200% cette splendide maisonnette ( lol ) 😁

Vielen herzlichen Dank Mr. Campbell für diese aussergewöhnlich schöne Zeit die Du mit uns, in Deinem tollen zu Heim, verbracht hast. Wir haben das feine Essen, die Ruhe und die stehts sanfte Brise sehr genossen. Toll wahr auch der grosse,saubere Pool und die zutraulichen Vierbeiner die uns viel Freude bereitet haben. Wir haben jede Minute voll ausgekostet und wünschen uns sehr bald wieder an diesen schönen Ort zurückkehren zu dürfen.... We stayed here at the end of our month holiday. The hosts were so amazing, kind, and helpful! They also have a cafe with excellent food and a great environment - you have to go try it. The burgers and poke bowls were awesome. They made our stay so excellent. They also let us use their kayaks and pool. The room is basic but their description is clear and we had such a great stay. Highly recommend it!

A great place with a view over the rice paddies. Super helpful hosts. Our kids loved the pool. The fireflies at night were magical. I highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful house couldn’t have been a better way to end our two week tour of Sri Lanka. The open plan design and positioning of the house in its large private grounds is stunning with plenty of space to unwind. The large swimming pool offered hours of fun for us all to relax around and reflect on our amazing journey. Desh and Vasana looked after us so well and the food was some of the best we tasted on our tour. I would highly recommend this place as a start or end to your holiday as it’s only an hour from the airport.

El alojamiento ha sido una súper grata sorpresa, ya que no lo teníamos planificado en le viaje, pero ha sido una gran experiencia. La ducha al aire libre es top y nos hemos sentido como en casa gracias a Ruben y a su equipo. Incluso si no quieres hacer kitesurf es un gran plan!

Stayed between 15-18th of April 2025. This is the second time I visited this property. Absolutely a gem of place to relax and unwind. The location is full of nature only the sound of the birds can be heard. The views are stunning with a beautiful lake in front and a large paddy field. An unspoilt village to show children how the rural village life goes about. There are plenty of bicycle for the guests to use FoC and Can take a bicycle ride across the village and on the bundt of the lakes in and around and enjoy the picturesque views of the lakes and the Galkiriyagama rock that spans for 7kms. During the night only the sound of nature you can hear. In the evening a dip in the lake with the villages is not to be missed. The property is very clearly kept. The food is absolutely tasty and made in a kitchen cleanly kept. Ideal place to enjoy traditional Sri Lankan Rice and Curry and other Sri Lankan food. A place definitely you want to revisit over and over again. Great value for money.

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

Great location on a smaller lagoon in the Kalpitiya area. Kite surfing option right next door, but in a nice quiet area. No swimming in the beach, but the pool was lovely. We went out on the kayaks each day, and spent hours in the lovely garden. Great option for family, or even two travelling together.
