Cosy Boutique Old Town Home with Seaview Terraces

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

Romantic & Stylish Fairytale Home + Shared Terrace

Apartment is ideally located within old town, and easy to find just look for "cats of kotor" on maps and you'll be on the right lane. Apartment itself was perfectly sized (solo traveller) but would be ideal for a couple also. Great additions of being able to do laundry. All facilities worked well, jungle shower was nice too. Can be a little loud late into the evening due to the wine bar across the street, but nothing that would disrupt a good night's rest. Said wine bar is also great to sit out and people watch with a local bottle! Overall, 10/10 experience and would come here again or recommend to others.

I've enjoyed my stay in Kotor. The apartment was just what I expected. I was granted an early check-in when I arrived early and in the pouring rain. Communication was swift and friendly. Would stay there again if I was in the neighbourhood.

I could not ask for a better apartment in Kotor. It was my first time visiting Montenegro, and the Old Town is beautiful. This apartment was in a perfect spot near the main gate entrance, and everything I wanted to see and do was accessible. The interior of the Airbnb was clean and comfortable. My host was always responsive and helpful. I think you should book this place.

Das kleine Haus liegt super in der Altstadt, ganz nah am Hafen. Es ist alt, aber wirklich schön renoviert und hat richtig viel Charme. Die Aussicht von dort ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Man merkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, alles ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Besonders nett war der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der immer mal wieder nachgefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist – ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nikola was an outstanding host from the very moment we booked his Airbnb, and his exceptional hospitality continued throughout our stay and beyond. He was always quick to respond and provided thoughtful recommendations and tips that truly enhanced our experience. The location of his Airbnb is perfect for exploring and soaking in the charm of the old town Kotor. I wholeheartedly recommend his place and will absolutely return whenever we get the chance!

The apartment was just as described and it was really easy to find right in the center of the old town of. We had everything we needed and Marta was really kind showing us around. The apartment has an amaaaazing view. There is plenty of space for two and we could enjoy the sun shining through the window. Hvala vam puno!

I stayed at the property for 1 week in March 2025. I found it clean and tidy and as described. Location in the Old City is perfect to enjoy the ambiance and experience yet it is away from the pubs bars and restaurants so there was little disturbance. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Old City. Just one thing to consider - the apartment is 5th floor and no lift.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

Visite en octobre 2024. Les + : sublime vue sur la baie de kotor depuis notre chambre numéro 5. Lits très confortables. L'été la jolie piscine et le spa doivent être un gros plus ! Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre ou dans une pièce dédiée bien agencée, accueil adorable 🤗 Parking privé à la résidence, très pratique. Les - : un peu de marche pour aller à Kotor et il n'y a pas de trottoir. Le petit déjeuner pas forcément intéressant à prendre sur place (10€ le plat quel que soit le contenu, sans les boissons) Merci à toute l'équipe !

Country house Orjen, Via Dinarica Trail - Vrbanj

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

L’appartement est très agréable. Il est tout près du bord de l’eau dans le quartier de Dobrota. De la terrasse on voit passer les paquebots de croisière. Il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants très agréables autour ainsi qu’une supérette. La vieille ville de Kotor est accessible à pied à 15 mns.

The photos don’t do this apartment justice. It’s a great studio apartment with a beautiful balcony with amazing views. We had 2 nights here and loved it. Was a little tricky to find because our Europe phone tariff didn’t cover Montenegro but a friendly local called Kristina and all was well 👍🏼

We spent a lovely week at Biljana’s beautiful property with two children aged 2 and 4. Amazing view with sunsets, great pool and lots to see in the area. Biljana and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come again!
