Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

Hébergement très bien placé à proximité de la gare et de tous les moyens de transport, tout en étant dans un endroit calme et paisible. La rue principale à deux pas est très animée et propose toutes les commodités, de nombreux magasins, restaurants etc. La maison est très grande, très propre et très confortable. Les indications de Mimamo sont très précises et pratiques et les recommandations très utiles. Je recommande cet hébergement. Nous reviendrons très prochainement tant nous avons adoré cette expérience !

This Airbnb exceeded expectations, my 3yo and 1yo had so much fun here. The toys were such a good touch and everything was clean! So many little things like a baby camera and kid plates saved our trip! Great way to start our Japan vacation, I will be recommend this place to everyone and we will def be back. Thanks Koji! 🤍🤍

Absolutely loved the location. It was pretty close to public transport so getting around was easy. It’s a good 2hrs to Tokyo from the closest station but the area is lovely and locals are friendly. Loved it! Plenty of decent restaurants around Kimitsu also. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had booked a longer stay.

Such a great stay! Right in the heart of Omotesando, so many things to do in the area :) we had a wonderful stay, many thanks to Chika and her brother! Always v responsive and v helpful. Super flexible and accommodating to our requests! Will definitely come back

Comfortable and well laid out for a family with school aged children. Train station is extremely close by along with a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. Stand alone house so you are not sharing walls. Canice responds quickly and was helpful with every question we had. As foreigners, we greatly appreciated the clear instructions sent in advance in English. Overall, great first experience in Japan!

Le studio de Ushka est très confortable. Il est situé entre la station de métro de Yoyogi Koen et la gare de Sangubashi. Il est donc très pratique de se rendre partout dans Tokyo. Il faut marcher 10 mm pour atteindre les transports mais la balade est plaisante. Le quartier est paisible et reposant, on dirait un village. Bons restaus vers la gare. Nous avons eu peur en arrivant parce que la voie ferrée est proche et on entend un peu le passage mais nous avons bien dormi. Volets roulants aux fenêtres pour faire le noir. Les grands lits sont parfaits et les couvertures douces ! L'appartement fait un peu plus grand sur les photos qu'en réalité mais c'est suffisant. Lave linge à disposition. Ushka vit au dessus et est présente par message immédiatement à chaque question. On se sent en sécurité. Très bonne description pour arriver facilement. Beaucoup d'épicerie, de produits de toilette à disposition. Douche agréable et grande. Wifi performant. . Nous n'avons pas vu le chat de la maison !

A great location for your family if you like to have a bit of space and privacy during your trip. We were very close to both bus and subway/train lines and this made getting around quite easy. The location is very quiet which made it ideal for catching up on sleep after long days exploring the city. The information provided about the area and its amenities was second to none - Mizuki provided all info you could ever want to make getting to know the area very easy. Would highly recommend.

Yukinak hála, egy vibráló környéken találtunk relatív nyugodt otthonra. Mindennel elégedettek voltunk, nagyszerű volt a kommunikáció, ha visszatérek, biztos ezt választom!

Jacky was extremely helpful from the get go, response times to messages were fast. Would definitely stay again! Also great location for wanting to go between Shinjuku and Shibuya as there is a station 2 mins from the Airbnb.

Toplocatie die rustig is maar toch middenin het levendige Shimokita ligt met convenis, supermarkten, restos en winkels bij de vleet, met het goed verbonden station op 2’ wandelen, op een boogscheut van Shibuya en Shinjuku. Het huis lijkt op het eerste gezicht klein en onpraktisch ingedeeld maar eenmaal gesetteld valt alles in zijn plooi en is het ‘s avonds prettig thuiskomen. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en hadden met 3 slaapkamers plaats genoeg, met toch wat gebrek aan hangkasten. Het is geen nieuw huis en geen grote luxe, mag een upgrade krijgen maar alles is aanwezig voor een heel gezellig verblijf, zowel in de keuken, badkamer met sterke douche (inclusief geweldige zeep/shampoo), slippers, tv, jbl box, paraplu’s etc. Je hebt geen uitzicht maar buitenstappen en direct in het centrum zitten zonder overlast is goud waard. Let op, er is een ander huis net om de hoek met hetzelfde adres, dit ligt in het doodlopende straatje ernaast. Smal sober huisje, maar het wordt je tweede thuis!

Wir haben uns direkt in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll! Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Bahnstation, Getränkeautomaten und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Diese Unterkunft hat einfach alles was man braucht! Sie ist definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert!

Wonderful hosts! I cannot say that enough. We were picked up and dropped off at the station coming from Narita. The house is just as you see in the photos and everything is well taken care of. Whenever we had concerns or questions, there we had a response. For a big trip internationally, the recommendations were well received and the hosts helped us with travel and figuring out where to get on the train and how to get around. Facilities inside were great. Air conditioning with fans. Washer was available to use. Just a notice for potential lookers. I guess you could say we were in the 'suburbs' of Tokyo. Travel is a little longer than usual by train but we adapted well and planned around that. There are stairs up to the main floor. A little narrow, so if you are okay with that, then this is a great place to stay. Just make sure you follow house rules and you will have a great time. I have no real negatives to say.

Our group of 6 had an excellent stay at this place. Despite being a larger group we had enough space for all of us, and we absolutely loved the scenic and peaceful neighbourhood. It felt like a chance to see Tokyo outside of just tourist spots, while still only being a few stops away from central areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Tetsuro was a wonderful host. He was very friendly and helpful, and the check in process was very easy. We especially appreciated the regular fresh towels and rubbish being taken out. The place was very clean, all amenities were as described and I slept very well in my futon. We would happily stay here again!

很合適家庭的地點，非常推薦。 我的同行旅伴中有孕婦和小朋友，也非常舒適及方便，暖氣調節充足。 建議行動不便者可住地下的房間，出入無阻礙。 過程中，每隔三天，可向屋主要求全屋清潔服務，非常驚喜。 我們有要棄掉的行李箱，及延後退房，均可付費及可用airbnb內的chatroom溝通去處理，便能處理。 位置很近京急蒲田車站，步行不需10分鐘 車站內及連接的商場，有食肆，7-11，超級市場，半夜想買日用品或食東西也不愁。 屋主人很好，我有次忘了時間，半夜留言他也回覆，並盡力幫忙解決問題。

La maison est parfaite!! Bien équipée, située dans un quartier agréable, à 2 pas d'une station de train . Elle est plus spacieuse que je ne l'aurais imaginée. Takashi est un super hôte, amical et très réactif, et les instructions pour accéder au logement sont vraiment très bien faites! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement et nous le conseillons aux voyageurs !!

What a view from the balcony of this home!!! My pictures look straight out of an anime. The accommodation was clean and had all the listed amenities. The host was responsive and had helpful instructions. The area is very quiet and not too far off from the SKYTREE.

We had a great time staying here. The place was very clean and was just as it looked in the photos. The neighborhood is nice and quiet which is nice if you want to get away from all the noise at night. Would definitely stay again!

It was a pity that I had only one night stay at Yoshi-san's beautiful house. It was well stocked of all essential items and very welcoming. It was close to the metro station as well.

寝室は1階にあり、スーツケースの持ち運びも楽で、収納スペースも十分です。今回は妻と2人で滞在しましたが、グループやご家族でも快適に過ごせると思います。 東京の下町の雰囲気を楽しめる絶好のロケーションで、江戸川沿いを散歩しながらスカイツリーを眺める時間はとても贅沢でした。スカイツリーや浅草へのアクセスも良く、観光にも便利です。 また、室内では無料で読める漫画が用意されており、アニメ好きにはたまらない空間でした。ホストの方も対応が早く、安心して滞在することができました。 心からおすすめできる宿泊先です。

The house was perfect it had everything inside it was also very clean I liked everything the host was very kind helpful and answered so fast in every thing that we wanted. For me it was the best place to stay very close to two Metro stations very close to laundry supermarket everything. It was very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If I come back to Tokyo I would love to stay again there. A must place to stay and very reasonable prices!!! Also we had a big problem canceling from our next accomodation and the host helped us stay one more day with no problem at all. Thank you so much it was a great stay!!!!
