Spacious, clean, fully stocked, great outdoor area for kids and heated pool! Whilst the above sums it up, the words don’t do it justice. This is a one of a kind grand accommodation with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen was very convenient! Heated pool was the highlight for our kids and we stayed in April, swimming 1-2 times a day! Nearly petting zoo is much better than another place just further afield. Highlight was the skate parks in the area - both Bay Skate and William Nelson Skate Park in Hastings were the hit!!!!! Orchard next door produces apples! Pets were another highlight for our children! Perfect location at Ahuriri on the waterfront. We had a small issue with a door lock that Kerry resolved immediately and when we came back from our bike ride. The door lock had been fixed and sorted. A comfortable house with plenty of space, and good water pressure for the showers. Great dry comfy beds and easy walking distance to Ahuriri restaurants, bars and shops. A perfect place for a girls weekend away. Thanks Annette and Kerry for such a lovely stay.

Great communication from Sue at all times. Clear instructions for entry and leaving. House had everthing for a great break and was very child friendly for folk with young kids. only minutes from the sea and easy walk into town centre. Would recommend this property as great place to stay and good value. Thank you Sue

Crabtree Cottage is a beautiful haven. Peaceful with a lovely sense of style with comfy leather sofa and armchairs to curl up in with a book. Whilst it was still (just) into Autumn we enjoyed the fire and warm welcoming space. Great shower pressure and heated towel rail. The bed is super comfy with lively fresh crisp sheets and pillows. Love the decor and look and feel of the cottage. The garden is a delight. We picked 2 figs and lemons straight from the back yard to enjoy we cheese platter and tisane and wondered through the front garden to get ideas for our own garden. Wish I’d brought my watercolours. A cute old cottage which was as warm as needed for a drizzly week. It’s proximity to the beach was lovely as was having a bus stop nearby, for when the youngsters wanted to go into Napier before me.

This is a lovely space in a heritage villa. The outdoor spaces are exceptional; there are 2 impeccably clean bathrooms and everything you need to feel at home or to host.

The house was perfect for what we needed and ideally located across the quiet road to the beach and walkways. House facilities were all we needed and comfy and clean. Think we’ll be back!!

Lovely private home with an amazing view over Napier. Beds were super comfy and the home was set high on the hill with amazing little, fruit, veggie and herb gardens. Pick the time right and you could pick yourself some amazing looking Avo’s too. Monty (the cat) was the standout though!

We had a great stay at Alan’s place! Lovely location with an awesome view. Very central spot and we used the bikes to get around at times! Easy access to the house which was clean and had everything you need. Would definitely go back!
