This was my second stay at this apartment, as my first experience was outstanding. Once again, everything was perfect — exceptional cleanliness, great comfort, and excellent punctuality. For me, this is truly one of the best places to stay on Airbnb. George.

It is the best airbnb Accomodation ever! This is really good and awesome place. Close to downtown. Very quiet and peaceful. I think story about my checkin says more. When I arrived, Van immediately advised me on the best and cheapest way to get there. When I arrived, Wang immediately invited me to sit on the top floor with some company and drink some homemade wine. Needless to say, it was an incredibly warm and pleasant evening. And it was only the evening of the first day! I give this place 100 out of 5 star!

Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

The accommodation was amazing. Beautiful design and had everything needed in the kitchen. comfortable bed and spa. lots of power points for charging devices and good tv and lounge room too. The host was accommodating for us to arrive a day late due to transport delays in our previous country.

Il proprietario molto preciso ed amichevole. Alloggio piccolo, ma ben pianificato, nel modo, che non manca nulla. E c'è pure la sauna! ... Ha la fantastica uscita direttamente alla piscinetta, che a noi piaciuta molto. Centro raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15 minuti. La città molto bella, e con positiva vita notturna senza criminalità. Assolutamente da raccomandare per le vacanze.

Un posto in centro di Erevan, ottima posizione da qui è possibile raggiungere tutti punti di interesse della città. Aram sempre è stato disponibile e pronto a darci consigli e venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Veramente consigliato!

Отличное жилье и очень отзывчивая и предупредительная хозяйка! Нам с мужем повезло забронировать это жилье в последние минуты перед прилётом и мы остались очень довольны! Тихо, есть все необходимое как внутри апартамента , так и во дворе( зона отдыха, барбекю, вход во двор по коду ). Рядом великое множество магазинов , где можно купить еду ( что важно, по карте , если у вас нет налички). От аэропорта 10-15 мин , в зависимости от загруженности дорог. Ева , хозяйка, очень дружелюбная и видно, что она любит и знает свое дело! Рекомендую однозначно!

Narine is an excellent hostess) The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities, it is possible to turn on the heating, which is important for me, since I don’t like living in the cold. The apartment is cozy. I also think this apartment is a fair price. I recommend this accommodation, one of the best my husband and I have stayed in.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Долго искали жилье для командировки из-за неудобного времени прилета и отлета, нашли вариант, но он был забронирован, хозяин предложил эту квартиру, подошла по запроса. Квартира с отличным видос на Арарат, в пешей доступности центр. Сам хозяин был предупредительным и вежливым, пошел навстречу при обсуждении неудобного времени заселения и отъезда, дал четкие инструкции для заселения. Впечатления от поездки остались только положительные.

Давит отзывчивый хозяин, разрешил заехать в жилье раньше. + Все соответствует фото + Вид на Арарат с балкона гостиной + Хорошее соотношение цены и качества Минусами можно пренебречь, Но все же: - вторая спальня очень маленькая, буквально чуть больше кровати - из средств гигиены было только несколько видов мыла Вцелом довольны выбором с учётом того, что забронировали пол дня до приезда.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Отличная, уютная студия. Все было очень чисто, все необходимое было на месте. Милые соседи, частная территория. От апартаментов было легко уехать на такси, а также достаточно недолго прогуляться от центра (только стоит учитывать ступеньки, поскольку апартаменты находятся на возвышенности). Ovsanna всегда была на связи, почти моментально отвечала на сообщения. Спасибо!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
